Condo Reminders
Below are some reminders of our Condo Rules
- If you smell gas, please call Con Ed immediately at 800-752-6633!
- VISITOR PARKING: Visitor Parking is for visitors only. Please make every effort to use your garage especially during the holiday season.
- This is your home, please help to keep the property clean.
- If you notice lampposts out, please leave a note in Maintenance mail box.
- Garbage pickup outside your front door is Monday – Saturday, 7am – 10am. Recycle pickup days are Tuesday (paper) and Thursday (plastic, glass & cans from food).
- As a courtesy to your fellow Neighbors, when placing garbage outside your front door, please do not block the common walkway.
- Please breakdown boxes before putting them out for collection.
- Appliances, furniture & other household items are not to be disposed on the property. Please make the necessary arrangements when you make your purchase to have these items removed.
- Under no circumstances are unit owners permitted to cut trees or shrubs without Board Approval. At no time are any unit owners permitted to cut, trim, prune any shrubs or trees on common property.
- DOG WALKING is not permitted on the property. Please take your dog outside the property.
- The exterminator is available once a month, fill out your form if you need services and leave it in the Maintenance mailbox.
- NO UNIT OWNERS are permitted to place notices on the mailboxes or anywhere else on common property. The vinyl siding has become unsightly from tape residue left behind.
- Holiday decorations need to be removed no later than three weeks after the holiday.
- NO scooters, bike riding or playing in the garage as it creates a dangerous situation, not only for your child but for the drivers as well.
